The store manager is snarky and acts as if he is doing you a favor. The store is dirty and needs updating. Hopefully with the change to Mr. Tire the old ineffective members of Kost management will learn customer service or be sent packing.

Techs look young and inexperienced. Lobby was filthy and smelled like stale cigarettes. Manager was gruff - I left and got tires someplace else!
