There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information. They are nice but overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep...
