Shopping at Kolicks is an enjoyable experience. All the associates are knowledgeable about their products and extremely friendly. I love to stop in and visit every time I am in the area. They have something for everyone and every occasion.

We had been Kolick's customers for 20 years, so when my wife's watch stopped running, I took it to Kolick's to have the battery replaced. Because it was a high-end watch (Omega), they said they would have to send it outside to be evaluated. After a week and no phone call, I called them, and was told that ""it just came back; the circuit board was fried and would cost $395.00 to fix"". I picked up the watch without repair, and saw that it was actually running; obviously the battery was just low.
