Store is always a mess with the clothes looking like they were just thrown on the racks. The prices are good but checkout takes forever. They never have enough registers open.

I enjoy shopping here. If you're looking for someone to help you don't bother. If you do find one its always, "What we have is out." They don't bother to check. Worst customer service you will ever experience from Management. I have shopped at several different Kohl's in Dallas before moving to Fort Worth, and I will never return to this store. Seriously horrible - a trip to this store will ruin your whole day.
