I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s, but my experience yesterday was a poor example of customer service. I had to exchange a shirt and was excited to see only one person ahead of me in line. The line was divided into 2 sections- Online Pick Up and Customer Service. There were 2 associates working. I assumed one was for CS and the other for OP, but that was not the case.
