Your return policy is crap! I purchased a very pricey ps4 headset for my son for Christmas. It broke within 2 wks of him opening it. When I contacted your store, I was told I could exchange it. I took the item back and was told it could not be returned since I had purchased it more than 30 days ago. While that might true, this was a Christmas gift which was less than 30 days ago. The Kohl's in Tolleson is really great! The woman, Rachel, in jewelry went way above and beyond to help me even though I couldn't make up my mind. She had so much patience and didn't make me feel bad for taking up her time, or make me feel rushed. I love this store! It's my favorite place to shop! Kohl's has awesome sales as well. I highly recommend this store!
