Terrible customer service.. I tried using my birthday $10 coupon twice now. Driving 20 minutes to and from TWICE for them to keep telling me it's not valid.... expires 11/30, I still have 3 weeks...

it seems every time I check out, I end up with Kohl's cash, which forces you to return to spend it... I guess this marketing works very well... the items are some what reasonably priced and when on sale, it can be cheap! Visit the store or visit their website to buy stuff.
