Nan and Aaron are terrific. They are always friendly and stand behind their products. They even agreed to stock a special natural oxidizer I requested for my spa. I highly recommend anyone with a pool or spa in the Encinitas area to give them a try! I've been to all the local pool supply stores and they are the best.

I have been counting on Kohler for spa supplies and cleaning services since long before it was Kohler Pool Service and Supply -- since the late 1980s. I don't know much about the chemistry or mechanics of keeping a spa up and running, but since mine has remained that way for over 20 years, obviously Kohler's doing something right.
