Superb staff at this Marriott
My husband and I stayed at the Knoxville Marriott in February 2013. We travel a lot and stay at lots of Marriott properties. This property is an older property. The public spaces have been updated nicely. The rooms are just ok and are in need of a little bit of a facelift. They have the basics and are clean but...
Come to sleep, but go offsite for everything else
The room was great! Front desk and check in was excellent. Would definitely recommend if in town for an event in the Knoxville Civic Coliseum as there is a walkway from this property right to it BUT they had the rudest young bartenders that I think I have ever encountered......and I've been to ALOT of bars.
