Karen is very knowlegable about this field. She is a get down to work gal w/o a lot of chatter. I took lessons at a "popular" north shore establishment before and the woman talked for 30 minutes and we actually got to do hands-on work for 15. Also THAT woman only liked Golden Retrievers.
