worst service-ever!!
I ordered flowers for a friend with specific instructions to leave the flowers at the door if she was not there. Not only did they leave the flowers at a neighbors home... my friend has STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR- over 24 hours later. Sandy in the shop told me the owner delivered them and would call me regarding reimbursement- No surprise... still waiting for that phone to ring 6 1/2 hours after my inquiry! called my bank and retracted the money... POOR SERVICE... no response from the owner... reading prev. review. must happen all the time.
Worst Florist
I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day and received the conformation email indicated that everything was fine and I was charged. Not only did the flowers not get delivered but no one bothered to call me or email me to notify me. And when I called the next day no one would pick up the phone.
