Store was messy and dirty. Staff was not helpful. Only good thing was I was able to park my tractor trailer in their lot in order to buy some much needed cold medicine.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Shamokin Dam, PA Kmart today. The store was promoting BOGO. When I got to the checkout, Kmart Associate-Maria informed me with the one pair of boots that I bought, I could get another pair for $1.00. Deplorable customer service. Waited in line at customer service for a cart to bring up a dresser that is too heavy to carry. The next available associate, Craig, waited on the next customer who came AFTER me, and then ignored me when he was done, and walked away. The other associate, turned around and did something before even looking at me. I will never shop at Kmart again.
