Everytime I visit this location the employees are very unhelpful and the lines are long... 15 registers but only 2 are open. I avoid it whenever possible.

after calling to ask if they carried a particular doll, i was "transferred" to the toy dept. where the phone just beeped and beeped.... im still on hold ... beep... the person who answered the phone was polite but could not answer my question...im still on hold

It's a Great Store Now

For years this location was one of the worst K-Marts regarding atmosphere, selection and personnel. Since remodeling, it's very pleasant to be in the store. The merchandise has been upgraded, the selection is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful and the prices have remained competitive. It's easy to get off and onto either 595 or University and parking is plentiful.
