K mart is a rip off the price they post on line is for online only don't every body order their soft drinks on line yeah that is why they are going out of business

Well unfortunately this is the last Kmart left in Columbus GA and by far the worst one!!! I ran in to simply purchase 2 small items. Went to one check out and an employee was using a ton of coupons being checked out. So my husband and I walked to the only other register where another employee was purchasing some clothes items. The young girl checking her out kept having to call another employee...

The people here must hate their jobs. I mean it was the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. I asked two employees where the restroom was and they simply looked at me, began talking amongst themselves and walked away from me. Rude!!

Went to Kmart this evening at 7:50 to return a pair of shoes but 1 day late in returning those and wouldn't let me. I'm good with that but I don't like the policy and especially one day but the lady employee with black hair and overweight was very rude she.
