Charged me a diagnostic fee after I expressly told them to call before they did anything that would incur a fee. Reported to Ford and BBB. Holding my car hostage for 57 bucks until Monday when we get paid. I explained this to them, and Pat said “They know it’s not under warranty, they have to pay it!” Not even willing to try to take a partial payment or anything.
