Kleban Furniture Co Inc

Less then a year ago we purchased 4 high backed stools for our kitchen. They were just what I wanted and very handsome. At only $200 per chair I should have known there would be problems. We have had these chairs repaired off site many times. Screws fall out continuously and some original screws are missing. The last time the whole seat fell off one of the stools. The store sent their expert to see for himself. Because the repairs would be too time consuming for him, he told us to go to Home Depot and how to fix them ourselves.

I am writing this to let everyone know about the wonderful experience that my family and I had experienced at Kleban Furniture. Please avoid this store. I'm glad to hear that others have had luck here, but I can only speak to my family's experience, and that is a 5 month wait for furniture delivery. My mother ordered a couch and chair with custom fabric in February of 2012. She was told it would arrive in approximately 1 month. After several delays, and her contacting the store and not having her phone calls answered or returned in a timely manner, finally she received the furniture in June of 2012. My husband and I were recently recommended by friends and family about buying our furniture from Kleban Furniture. We were skeptical at first, being it isn't in an area we would normally drive into.
