They called me to come and do a demonstration. I agreed and they never called or showed up. When i called them to find out what happened they took my name and number and said they had to speak to there manager. They never called me back and when i called them again they hung up on me. I moved all of my furniture out of my living room for nothing.

Kirby of Salem has exceeded the best possible service! I bought my Kirby this past December and each time I've called for something, the employees jump to it with a smile. They know what 'Service with a Smile' is and use it always to meet customer satisfaction!

Not recommended - Newspaper Ad they place for help makes you think you will be paid from first day on the job - this is not true - it is a selling job not demonstration as you are told at first and you have to find your own 5 people's houses to clean the first weekend you start to make the $525.00 a week they promise. You go to peoples homes to demo Kirby vac and are expected to sell vacs.
