I have tried calling this business during their business hours, and one guy answers the phone!!! I ask him about my vacuum and he had the same response every time.. NO SPEAK ENGLISH!!! You live in AMERICA!!!!! I have done what I can to get by in my Spanish, but this is unreasonable!!!! I still don't know jack about my vacuum. I will never go here again!!!

I would have given it ZERO stars if possible...I have a list a mile long....but DO NOT EVER buy a vacume from this place or from anyone who works there--- especially if someone comes to your door named Omar. He forged our contract and backdated it...the owner does NOTHING about it and claims that he hasn't seen him. He refused to cancel our contract and agreed to lower our payment.
