I catered my wife's birthday party with Kingston Cafe to match our Carribean theme. I ordered the jerk chicken and curry chicken which came with salad, vegetables, rice and beans, and plantains. As a native New Yorker with West Indian roots, I'm a tough critic, and I'd say that Kingston Cafe does a decent job of representing Carribean food. It didn't have the spice that I am used to, but...
