Kindle Autoplaza

The service department is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I call the front desk and they transfer me, nobody answers. Now the front desk won't answer my calls (but they will answer ifI call from a different number). I just wanted to find out if they could help with a minor service need. I suspect they can't help with anything at all. Stay far away.

I don’t know how the rest of the place is but I can tell you if you need to get ahold of the Chrysler service department forget it. They had to order a fuel pump for my car and said it would be there Friday. Then I called Friday and after callin 5 times finally talked to someone. They said it didn’t come in but will be in Saturday but can’t get a tech on it till Monday now. So he we are again...

Amazing service all around no matter what department I need to deal with from Albert in sales being amazing to Chrysler service getting my ram back on the road quickly or even answer questions about company vehicles I personally service to quick delivery of parts I’ve needed to get vehicles back on the road great job!
