Had to cancel a paid reservation due to medical schedule conflict unknown to me at time of deposit..Kincaid vacuumed up the deposit as a 'forfeit' without offering a future credit.
They apparently place money in their pocket first, and fair business practice a distant vision.
Caveat Emptor ! (A hell of a way to run a family oriented business)
