I enjoy Taekwondo because it helps me relieve stress from my work day. It also helps keep my body in shape. I also love the spirit of "respect" in Taekwondo and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for something fun, which also helps with body and mind strength

i like to do marshial arts. it helps me excercise and it gives me discipline. martial arts is all focus popwer and mind control. without these you cannot do martial arts. martial arts helps me with my daily life. thats why i do tae kwon do. my master is very great. he pushes me to do harder which helps me in daily life.

Tae Kwon Do has helped me become very strong physically and mentally. You need to focus in class and respect everyone, no matter if they are a child or adult. The classes are always challenging and we support each other and encourage everyone to succeed.
