They have had two pairs of my shoes for over a month. I have gone in 4 times and they are never ready. I paid a ridiculous amount if money for the repairs but I needed one if the pairs for a wedding. I am not sure how this guy is still in business. I dropped off my wedding dress and as I was changing I heard 2 people that were angry that their item(s) were not ready when he said they would be so when I paid I said I needed my item a day sooner then I actually did.
