I called and left a message last week...unfortunately they returned the call after I scheduled someone else. However, I got stood up by 2 other companies, never even called to say they were not coming. Called these folks today... They walked me through some ways to fix the problem...and at the moment, the Dishwasher is working.... None of the other companies tried to help me on the phone......

I don't get it, I had them come out and fix my washing machine because it was leaking. They seemed like nice ppl and all and did the repairs. Well, whatever they did didn't fix my leak. They're supposed to have a 1 yr warranty on all repairs, I called them back and scheduled an appointment with them.
