I bought my wife a pair of diamond earrings at Kimball's and they are absolutely stunning (her words). I felt that I received a great price and ever more importantly, the people at Kimball's offered great customer service and answered every one of my questions without hesitation. I would buy again from them in a minute.

I purchased jewelry from Kimball's that would not appraise for the purchase price. When I contacted Kimball's, they did not seem surprised. They offered to appraise the jewelry again in their store; however, they appraised the diamond at lower than the certification. I will never do business with Kimball's again.

Kimballs has been around forever. They are honest and reliable. If you are looking for quality then this is where you need to shop. Wonderful customer service. They tend to be a little expensive but you won't regret doing business with them.
