Loved living here. Felt safe and happy. Reasonable rates allowed me to save up to buy a house. Some people I met had lived there over 10 years. Not your typical "trailer park". They have so much more to offer and run a safe place. Would recommend to my family to live there.

I lived here for 7 years. It was safe, quiet, peaceful and affordable. You cannot beat the value for your money. No pets, fast repairs, your own yard and personal parking spaces. Go and see for yourself. Killian Mobile Home Park is paving the way for affordable housing in a safe community!
