TOM of Capelli Salon is a complete JERK!!! I called today to schedule an appointment with an aesthetician - TOM hung up on me. I called back assuming my cell had dropped the call; again TOM answered an said "NEVER CALL BACK HERE AGAIN!". I've tried calling again but am forwarded to voicemail only.
