They are very attentive to your beauty needs and are very generous with samples. Their products are a bit expensive but worth it! The store is small but they carry a huge selection of items.

This is the most amazing store, staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful without being pushy. Products speak for themselves, best skincare products I have found. The store in Philly is cute, one complaint would be that it is too tiny! They are great about giving out samples, you can try anything out before buying it.

Kiehl's brings service to a new level. The clerks wait on you hand and foot inside the store, and will even wrap up your order in potpourri! You can try anything you want, and they are very generous with samples. That's why I love Kiehl's. However, the prices are quite a bit more than what you would pay in a drugstore.
