I was very impressed with the many employees I worked with from Kidd. I talked with Mr. Kidd a couple of times by phone, and he obviously has a the-customer-is-always-right philosophy. He is respectful and friendly. Every technician who came to our home during a major renovation project was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite.
