I took my 2000 Kia in for a 60,000 mile service. I asked them to check the winding sound in the engine, a possible belt? and to check a noise associated with the front breaks or near there. They had a car around 2 1/2 hours and I was called to pick it up. I test drove it, and the winding noise was still there along with the break noise. I asked them to recheck it and left it again.
