Horrific service

My husband and I used the drive-thru service and were treated incredibly rudely by the gentleman working at the drive-thru. I can completely understand a young person not being thrilled to work on a lovely Saturday afternoon, but that's no reason to not repsond when a customer says ""thank you"" repeatedly. With so many other food options in the area, I will never go to this KFC again. The employee also had the longest, dirtiest fingernails I have ever seen on a man.
