I am on a soft diet and I order mashed potatoes and gravy and requested some shredded cheese. The potatoes were good!

Every time I get KFC you guys never have chicken legs.I have been to other KFC's and its the same problem!!

To start off, this review should not even have 1 star!!!! When I pulled up to this store's drive thru, I ordered the Double Down sandwich. They said it would be 6 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I said sure. I don't know why this food was not already done considering it was the lunch hour!!! I paid and got my drink, then they asked me to pull around to the front because it would be a few mins. I pulled around. I waited in my car for an additional 20 mins. I then went inside and spoke to the manager. I told her what was going on and asked for my money back. She took a deep sigh in...

Have visited this food chain before at this location and received the same unsatisfactory customer service. KFC at this location does not manage its food content well. I went both times with the notion of eating ORIGINAL KFC and guess what, there was no original KFC. Both times I was informed by the employee to just take the extra crispy.
