The apartments are nice but no proper maintenance on premises. Some favoritism with tenants. Friend of mine who is Mexican was made to take his american flag out of his window while a white neighbor still has two flags in her window. Keystone needs to evaluate it's personnel to ensure everyone is treated equally!!

Renters be aware. Ive lived in this apartment for almost 1 year now..and ive never been so unhappy. Its not so much about the building even if its old and you can pretty much hear whats going on above and below you--that i can live with. What made me so unhappy is the landlady--the management. I have been warned before i moved here about the nastiness of the management people but i didnt...
