This bank sucks. Website does not work, which seems very sketchy to me. Horrible fee structure, terrible customer service. Go somewhere else

I don't know which branch the other people visited but Winooski VT branch is very personable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bank to others and I have. They have been VERY helpful to me.

Nice people. Awful bank. The fees are positively usurious. They won't even cash their own checks without charging an outrageous fee, so a lot of locals, especially small businesses and contractors, won't accept their checks.

This bank is terrible, they are abusive. And their customer service is terrible! I'm in the process of filing a complaint with "The Controller of the Currency" which is the administrator of National Banks....Do the same!

KeyBank's customer service is terrible. This is bank is incompetent, unfriendly, and does not value their customers. They count on the customer to misunderstand their claims in order to charge fines. Do not bank at this bank. Save yourself the headache.
