Technician was unprofessional, Did not complete maintenance he was asked to do and charged for services we did not ask for and without permission. Also attempted to charge for repairs of a fully functional part and mishandled the AC unit even went as far to improperly install the fuses. Had no choice but to hire a second company to come out and perform maintenance on the unit. Company was also...
