Kessler Jewelers is NOT a place to go for quality Customer care and repair. Everytime I've brought something to be repaired, there has been a problem (including pearl earrings repair).
I'm almost convinced, they just speak nice to your face and really don't care about the customers.

Kessler's has been around forever and I have used them on and off for years. But the last time that i had some work done, unlike the other times, there were some problems. They have some of the most beautiful jewelry, are outstanding when it comes to knowledge.
