The customer service here is extremely excellent. I knew I was in good, experienced hands while being guided through the process, and I never felt pressured into anything. They were extremely accommodating, and I'm confident that they sold/installed a quality product for me. I highly recommend using this company.

It was a great pleasure to work with the Kennady Company. I'm pleased to now have a local, responsive, and knowledgeable business partner for our shading needs. They were always punctual, courteous, respectful of the property, and clean. I highly recommend their services.

Absolute worst people I have ever dealt with in my 24 years of home ownership. I was treated like an idiot everytime I had the nerve to ask questions. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful (what a delightful combination). They act as though they have no competition and treated me as though I wasn't particularly important as a customer.
