Rip-Off

I had been using Kendall Plumbing for years and always thought they did a good job at a fair price - I believe about $75 per hour. But last fall while on a trip we had a pipe break in our garage wall. The plumber came and spent about three hours on the repair and then sent us a bill for $1,000. And he didn't even finish the job. When I saked about the new rates of over $330 per hour, the ony response I got was "...we charge more for this kind of work..."

When Kendall plumbing came out to snake my drain, their service men were helpful and friendly. The drains were clear and clean for about 45 days, at which point we started to have some standing water. By day 60 they were completely clogged again.
