This is the complaint I filed with the Better business bureau.................
My fiancé and I are first time home buyers. We are working with a realtor who is not associated with the subjects association. Through our realtor we negotiated a contract with the Ken Jordan Realty Assoc. and his seller to sign an agreement today at 5:00. At 2:30 my realtor was informed that Ken had presented the buyers another offer and it was also accepted. Ken Jordan was clearly working two agreements with the buyers which is not only extremely UNETHICAL but potentially illegal. This sort of business practice...
