not happy. after 12 months and 14 thousand miles I am back in another shop for the same repairs. now the repair itself is not my issue but the parts. I have been a customer here for years. I won't ever go back to the dealership. The manager Mark is so nice and always is there to answer any of my questions. If you want the best repair shop in Myrtle Beach go to Ken Baker's!

parts prices same as dealership

I travel and depend on my car. recently out of town when my car broke again same issue as 14 thousand miles ago. after repair checked my receipt and the parts prices were exactly the same as the dealers was. I paid the same thing for aftermarket as I did for BMW at the dealer. ken will not be seeing my business anymore.
