Smiles at Sales - Screwing at Service
Overview - Bad sprockets & chain after 3000 miles, a $300 fix! Empty gas tank!
I purchased a used bike from Kellys and I nearly ran out of gas after 10 miles from leaving the dealer! 3000 miles later I am told that I need to replace sprockets & chain a $300 fix! Sprockets & chain should last 15,000 miles not 3000 - I lube the chain every 300 miles which is once or twice a week. After talking to the GM they more or less gave me the run around and would not fix the problem. You shouldn't have to invest in your bike this soon after a purchase minus a oil change.
So NO reimbursement, No discount, No I'm sorry, just "I suggest you fix it"! I will never buy or service another motorcycle through this company ever again! If you do buyer beware!
