Just helped a friend move in. I have never seen a bigger cluster of incompetence amongst apartment residence staff in my life. No one knew anything, no one reserved an elevator despite a two week notice, no coordination of move ins/outs, NOTHING. Terrible management. And they've just recommended carrying the sofa up the stairs to the 6th floor...and it doesn't fit through the doorway. IDIOTS.

Kellogg Square has the best Concierge Staff!! Lee and James are very helpful. The parking isn't super expensive and offers a receipt. Great amenities.

Overpriced and no tenant support

Parking lot is mess. I haven't messed up my car navigating it, but I know multiple people that have. The staff in the leasing office isn't helpful in anyway and will do anything to avoid helping you. The rent is overpriced for the area and what you get. Everything in the apartments are dated.

Poor management staff - unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, etc. Parking garage is definitely a hazard where lots of damage occurs with no cameras to prove what happened to your vehicle. The parking garage also smells awful and has trash everywhere. Say goodbye to your security deposit when you sign the lease because they'll find a reason not to give it back.
