On 12/10/15 I took my Subaru Outback to get an oil change and an oil leak fixed. They called me the same day to inform me that to fix the leak they would have to replace the valve cover gaskets. It would cost $400(with a coupon). We agreed to pay the amount to fix the leak. On 12/11 I received a call that there was an issue with the bolts. I will never go to Keller's for anything again, period. I took my car in to have an alignment and tire rotation done. Their price was already more expensive than most, but I figured you get what you pay for, so I'd give them a try. After a couple of hours, I called to see if they were done with my car. They informed me that I needed my camber bolts replaced and it would cost me over $400! ...

Really screwed up my car! took it in for an alternator, and they shorted out my radio, keyless entry and keypad and then blamed it on me!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Hold on to your wallet's people, your in for a ride. I wanted to see what other people thought of this shop and was surprised (or maybe not) to find that the last 3 reviews were all made on the same day about 3 years ago! Apparently, they like themselves well enough to make up testimonials for consumers looking at this site.
