I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Although you do have to pay to park this shouldn't be a deterrent to staying there. It is very convenient as all you have is a short walk to the Plaza (one of the nicest shopping areas in Kansas City).

I did not appreciate all the little charges, such as daily costs for use of Wi-Fi - it should be free for the business traveler. Going to the lobby to send and retrieve email is ridiculous. Also, $4.50 for a bottle of water in the room? Supply none or make it free, like the coffee!
