I have a Suzuki Marauder 800VZ and had a battery replaced at KC Engineering a couple of years back, and most recently they replaced my rear tire which had a slow leak. There seemed to be a problem with the tire after we picked up the bike, but they took another look at it and made sure that everything was okay. Joey was extremely helpful throughout. Thanks, Joey.

The staff there is, and has been the most experienced, and knowlegable group, I could imagine.

I have seen negative ratings for this place before, and I can understand some of it, especially coming from newer / younger riders:

Well,this place is like the neccessary evil but I am giving up on them,because of the owner.
He is the consumate SB and he treats everyone like if they are creeps.
Beware, this is not an honest operation.
They will try to screw you up on repairs if they feel they can get away with it.
They used to be good for tires but will screw you there if they can to.
