Ordered on-line for a friend's g.mother's funeral and they told me they couldn't deliver to this area and I would need to cancel the order. When I asked how to do this since it was ordered from their website, they said they wasn't sure but that I would need to cancel the order. I don't understand how they stay in business, I asked to order a dozen roses and during the conversation they hung up. I called their competitor and got the flowers ordered and delivered for a few dollars less.
