Careless Staff = Ruined Birthday!!!
I arranged for my fiance to take a half day spa package for her birthday. When she arrived, the staff told her that they had her scheduled the following week!! First they told my fiance that 'I' must have scheduled it that way (as if I wouldn't have remembered her birthday) but when I called to tell them that I had a document confirming that it was on that day, they only then became apologetic. Yet they still wouldn't even attempt to fit her in!!! Needless to say I had to scramble to find a way to make it up to her. Careless and totally unprofessional!!!

Go to kaya day spa and get ripped off! Thats what will happen to you! There are better options in this city to get your nails, waxing, skin and massage services done at. Honestly, don't waste your time and money here! The services are average, there's a high technician turnover rate (that should be telling us something), and the management is HORRIBLE!!!!
