They promise you everything under the sun. ""We have 1,500 stores nationwide and this makes it easy for us to tend to our customers needs."" \r

They lost inspection records and demanded that we must have them to fix anything on our jewelery. I have made the effort to come in every 6 months to maintain my warrenty. Not to mention that everytime I do come in they find something wrong with it, so it gets sent out for 4 weeks to 3 months. This is because for their impressive 1,500 stores they have they only have 1 jewelery repair location. \r
