I don't think I've ever gone into this location and felt valued as a customer. I'll walk in, receive little to no customer service, and and when I do I feel like I am burdening them to pull out an item or am bombarded with, "Do you have a KAY account?". My fiance and I drive to the Omaha location (Oakview) because their service is AMAZING, unfortunately I can't say the same for this location.

Ok not a good experience when coming to Kay Jewelers! First my then boyfriend bought me a promise ring for Christmas with warranty, they said he had no warranty when they looked up the purchase...

Went to Kay's Thanksgiving evening to look at engagement rings. The young salesman knew nothing when I asked simple questions about rings. He constantly would have to go ask the saleswoman....
