I didn't actually chose this agent - my boyfriend had been using them for a while, and so he brought me in. The agents are always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I have (no matter how silly or stupid they may be), and I can't imagine going back to using some huge company that I have to wade through 400 automated systems to finally get my question answered. (Hide)
Company doesn't seam to stand behind their agents, Agents quotes price for six months incorrectly so then the customer gets a bill for 33% more. I feel they should be able absorb some of the increase since they have obviously not trained the agents properly (Hide)
